Journey to a new me !

And so begins the journey to a new me ....
Time to forget the past and move forward.
I have tried and failed many times on this weight loss journey, I'm not saying I won't have bad days again, all I'm saying is this time I will not quit !!!
When I have a bad day, I will just dust myself off, pick myself up and keep going.
This has got to be a lifestyle change, not a DIET!
And so begins the journey to a new me ....

My Goals:
my goals are to change the path to my destiny and become a healthier, happier, and smaller me!

My Program:
I am going to implement small changes, work on my all or nothing attitude. More fruits, vegies and lean meats, cut back on carbs and high fat junk foods, hide the salt shaker. Try to follow the 80/20 rule.

Other Information:
I love to read, do crafts and I especially love to spend the summer on my boat out on the lake !

I read your post on the 'panic' forum and replied to it. I want to encourage (dare!) you to start blogging every day about 3 goals you are working on daily.
I am looking at your program (on your page) and it says eat more veggies: pick a number you wish to eat per day. Make it a goal (step) to avoid junkfood at least 1 day per week (or 3 if you feel up to it, but start small). And post every day about if you've done it or not, and why (not).
You will get support this way. I'm going to your blog right now and subsribe. If you post about your goals, I will comment and try to support / encourage you!
