Linda's Motivation

Hi, I am Linda. I am a mother of 5 and grandmother of 4. I recently had a stroke type event and it has left me with physical and mental disabilities. I am trying to get as healthy as I can get so that my life can be as full as possible. I love needle crafts and music and I am looking forward to a wonderful lifelong journey into the world of healthy living.

Eating better and drinking water (something I never-ever did before) and get moving.
