Stretch for 10 mins.
Give myself a 5-min. mental pep talk
Consume between 1200 & 1550 calories per day
Burn 440 calories wk
Do cardio for 19 min on MON, WED, FRI.
Do strength program on MON, WED, FRI.
Go From 197 to 125 by 5/3/2010
