I'm here because I like to eat too much! I've been married for 34+ years and have two sons, 28 and 30 and one daughter in law. I really need to work on my will (won't?) power. I love all those foods that are bad for you. I have improved, though. I can just order a kids meal now if I go into a fast food place. That is progress. I'm getting quite a collection of little toys!! My hobbies include genealogy, gardening, machine embroidery and quilting.

My Goals:
When I joined a gym in Jan. my main goal was to get stronger so I could get up off the floor gracefully. Haven't managed that yet but I'm getting better. I "only" need to lose 15 pounds but I have been that way for quite a few years. I'd like to have a waist again!
My Program:
I am really trying to eat less and more healthily. I didn't use to eat breakfast but now I have my cereal every day. I am also at least going for a walk every day. I got an itty bitty ipod and that makes the treadmill time much nicer. I also got a WiiFit that is a lot of fun to use. Some of the aerobics things really wear you out!
