Hi Linda, just checking in to see how you are doing. You are one of the first friends I added when I started Spark in July 09. Sorry I haven't kept in touch. I've been reading the book and rethinking goals, and starting over as winter has made it difficult to be consistent in walking. I decided to shorten my Team list so I can keep more focused. I haven't been good about checking in on new found friends so I thought I'd change that too. I hope you are doing well on your journey. I love the way you set up your small goals along your journey.
