Hoping to stay strong!

I am a woman over 50 who is trying to make it to my goal this time. I have tried so many diets.. and I am still 50 lbs overweight.
This site sounds wonderful. I am going to go into his full force... the site calculated I should reach my goal by Feb. 2013. It seems possible.

I plan to use all of the tools here..... Wish me luck! and Strength!

I have about 30 to 40 more pounds to lose myself... I can walk/jog close to 3.5 miles and working my way to doing a 5K. Would you like to go walking?
