After a month of excuses, I have done an horu and a half of cardio using my Wii Active Personal Trainer. I burned 720 calories in my first day!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I have exercised for the past two days now and my body wants more. I know that would happen it was just getting up off my lazy butt and making time Between all the stuff I have going on sometimes I just want to relax and do nothing.
