My Goals:
My goal to be able to out run my children one day. I want to be able to keep up with them when he starts his athletic adventures. I also want to be able to run without be out of breathe by the end out it or feeling like l need to quit. I want to also be rid of this pesty asthma!!

No more TRYS, just dos!!!! Fitness -Walk 5000 steps starting out everyday - Don't use gained fitness points Food Count my point accurately everyday and record on my phone. Weigh in: Every week (Friday mornings Around 8:00am)
