What I should have said was:

Today I have made the decision to change my lifestyle. I want the result of my lifestyle change to be weight loss. My goal is let go of the restraints and excuses and just do it. If something sounds to hard to do, I want to try with all I have and see if I can do it. I have a new type of faith, faith without fear and this is how I want to live.

My Goals:
My goal to be able to out run my children one day. I want to be able to keep up with them when he starts his athletic adventures. I also want to be able to run without be out of breathe by the end out it or feeling like l need to quit. I want to also be rid of this pesty asthma!!

My Program:
No more TRYS, just dos!!!!

Fitness
-Walk 5000 steps starting out everyday
- Don't use gained fitness points

Food
Count my point accurately everyday and record on my phone.
