My Goals:
I'm trying to live a healthy life. As part of that goal, I want to lose 20 to 25 pounds safely.

My Program:
I'm exercising/moving every day. I lift weights 3 times a week and do cardio 7 days a week. I mostly walk, but do include some running.

Oh, my gosh, Limastar....how wonderful to hear from you! I hope you are okay. Delighted to hear that you retired. I will, too, in May, I hope. I can't wait! Is your mom okay now? I hope so. Mine will be 94 on Sunday and we're having a big family get together next week.

I am still plugging along with school. It's a good year and I am so happy to have that! It's been a year since I broke my kneecap and I'm doing okay with that. Still have trouble with stairs but I guess that's old age, too!

So happy that you're still around Spark! Thanks so much for the Christmas and birthday wishes. I hope your Christmas will be lovely and have a delightful hew year.

Oh, it was great to hear from you, Limastar! I have decided that next year is it for me, too. I want to be able to enjoy my grandchildren and move to a 1 story house...things that are so complicated with teaching! Do keep in touch...I am trying to lose another 15 pounds. I'm working out about 4 days a week....

Hi, Limastar! I saw your fitness accomplishment on my Friend Feed. How are you doing? We seem to reconnect at the end of the school year, lol. It's gone by so quickly this year. I broke my kneecap in November and was out of school for over 2 months but am back and trying to get into exercise again. I hope all is well with you.
