Slowly but surely I will lose this extra weight I have been carrying. I want to put an end to this yo-yo dieting and really improve my health and quality of life.

Fitness Minutes: 2,490

My Goals:
I have been up and down the scale my entire adult life, and I am ready to get off the roller coaster! My adult low weight was 135, and my all-time high was 205 pounds (I am 5'6") in 2008. Since then I have bounced around between 155 and 200 and I want to stop bouncing and sloooowly lose the weight this time and keep it off for good!

I saw someone else on Spark People break down their weight loss goals in 10% increments, which I really liked. Since I have 75 pounds I would like to lose total from my July 5 weight of 200, that equals out to be 7.5 pound mini-goals. That seems so much less daunting!

I will update when I meet them!

200 - SW, 7/5/11
192.5 - 10% - Met 8/3/11
185 - 20%
177.5 - 30%
170 - 40%
162.5 - Halfway!
155 - 60%
147.5 - 70%
140 - 80%
132.5 - 90%
125 - GW

My Program:
Track daily, move daily, get enough sleep and drink lots of water!

I would like to be able to incorporate more swimming, strength training and yoga/pilates into my life, but I know that when I start off trying to adhere to an ambitious workout schedule, I am setting myself up by failure when I inevitably become disappointed that I didn't meet it. So for now, "move daily" seems like something I can work towards. :)
