Hey there! How are things going? I hope you are doing well and keeping up with exercise! I have been regularly exercising but not eating so great. Water intake needs to increase also. I better work on this.
I'm disappointed because we are going on vacation and I just wanted to lose some inches to fit into my shorts nicely. We have two more weeks and I just can't see this happening. I'm still going at it because family reunion is coming up in late September. I plan on losing mad inches by then and at least 10 lbs. My next 15 lbs will be off by Christmas.

Sounds like you had a great time going out with your husband and daughter. Sometimes we just have to enjoy life! Don't beat yourself up about it. You are living life!

Yesterday (Saturday) we went to an amusement park with the girls so I did not exercise. I did not eat all that great either but I was enjoying the time and had a blast. Today (Sunday) is going to be a good day with 2 exercise tapes. I'm not sure yet what I'll do but it will be working out my hideous thighs and butt.

I did it! Thought I'd chime in and say that I'm crazy and stayed up past midnight doing two workout tapes! Better than staying up watching TV, I guess. Now I'm exhausted and will sleep good tonight! 1400 days ago
