Starting Fresh.

Isn't it funny how weight can just creep up from out of nowhere and then it is so hard to lose. Well I am going to lose the weight I have put on and then some. I have never felt like the person I know I am. The person inside who is fit, confident, fun, driven looks good in anything who feels fantastic. Well I want to find her and shake her hand. She will come out and Im going to work so hard to pull her from the abyss she has been hiding in.

I currently am around 78 kilos and that is the most heaviest I have EVER been EVER in my life. So I am making my mission to shed the kilos, Tone up and slim down and be the fittest I have EVER been in my life. I have started doing Insanity again but am sticking to all of the workouts not missing one as I know this is where I fall down. By giving in before I am done. I am sticking with it until it is done then I will do something else and something else. I am going to try to eat clean but I am heading overseas in 3 weeks and won't be able to keep that up there so I will do what I can when Im away. I know we are going to be walking alot so that is not a problem.
So join me as I shrink and the girl I know I am emerges.

Hey there! How are things going? I hope you are doing well and keeping up with exercise! I have been regularly exercising but not eating so great. Water intake needs to increase also. I better work on this.

I'm disappointed because we are going on vacation and I just wanted to lose some inches to fit into my shorts nicely. We have two more weeks and I just can't see this happening. I'm still going at it because family reunion is coming up in late September. I plan on losing mad inches by then and at least 10 lbs. My next 15 lbs will be off by Christmas.

Yeah I know the USA is weird like that. I wish we used metric.

I am going to start measuring in cms .... seem's more real than freaking inches!

Sounds like you had a great time going out with your husband and daughter. Sometimes we just have to enjoy life! Don't beat yourself up about it. You are living life!

Just be productive the next day. You will do great! I know you will!

Yesterday (Saturday) we went to an amusement park with the girls so I did not exercise. I did not eat all that great either but I was enjoying the time and had a blast. Today (Sunday) is going to be a good day with 2 exercise tapes. I'm not sure yet what I'll do but it will be working out my hideous thighs and butt.

You are going to have a productive day! I just know it! Kick some butt this morning (Monday)!

I did it! Thought I'd chime in and say that I'm crazy and stayed up past midnight doing two workout tapes! Better than staying up watching TV, I guess.
Now I'm exhausted and will sleep good tonight!
