WHAT I'M UP TO IN 2014:
My year's moto is "Gratitude first".

2013 was a real roller-coaster for me.
I was able to make a big shift once I got the importance of gratitude. I trained (sometimes forced!) myself to open my eyes to everything that DID work in my life.

This practice has proven itself to be my number one recipe for sanity on all levels.

In my blog, I will aim at daily posts with insights from my gratitude practice.

My Goals:
* continuous education

* spend more time outdoors (1/week to begin with)

* even more home cooking

* maintain weight and healthy habits

My Program:
Depending on inner and outer conditions, I weave together the following routines:

* minimum 2h cardio/week; such as dancing, Vinyasa style Yogas, fire juggling...

* 3 strength trainings sessions/week (usually incorporated in one of the Yoga's that I do)

* 3 Yin Yoga sessions/week to counter any constitutional imbalances and revitalize myself
