Long term Goal

1. Lose 20 pounds

2. Eat healthy as a mainstay and lifestyle

3. get rid of my sugar addiction and eating refined carbs

Short term Goals

1. Lose 7 pounds this challenge

2. Eat Healthy everyday

3. Track my food daily

4. Continue to drink water daily

5. Relearn Healthy eating cooking
