    Yes I was exercising. I exercise daily now and hardly ever go over 1300 calories a day. I've had all the tests, I lost pretty fast at first I weighted 335, lots of fat to live off of. But as I got smaller, it took longer to lose. . But with my metabolism, it's been tested I can't eat over 1400 calories a day with exercise or I gain.
    I lost some muscle but through strength bearing workouts am gaining it back, gained a pound of muscle the last 6 months. have 7 to go to be where I should be for a healthy active 71 year old women. In fact the doctor said he sees very few women who have the amount of muscle I have.
    I just posted a blog about my 3 years, 1 month and 3 weeks journey of weight loss and maintenance.
    Check it out it gives some details and has pictures.
    If I ate the amount of calories that Spark or any diet plan says is right for my weight I would gain daily.
    I tried the first month to follow a Spark meal plan. I couldn't eat all those carbs. So I list my own food. And I eat very good too. it's open you can check it out.
    One thing I truly believe most people eat too many calories to lose in a reasonable manner. They complain they are not losing and get frustrated and quit. At least that's my take on some .
    I hope you continue to lose and reach a weight you feel comfortable at.
    Like I said we are all different , what works for one, might not for another..
