Thanks for the comment! And I would say that not gaining back all of the weight you previously lost is actually a HUGE accomplishment.
Almost 4 months into maintenance and I'm still holding strong. For me while I was losing I needed to track every last calorie in and out. Now, I've kind of been "making it up as I go along" as well. It does work but you just have to figure out what "the rules" you need are.
