Back again...and again!

I've been off and on sparkpeople for years now. I left because I signed up for WW online - which I LOVED. I can't pay for that so I am back for the free tools here. :D

I've gained back weight, but not all of it. That is a small success, right? Anyway, I am not happy with how I look and I am extremely unhappy with my fitness level.

I love reading and watching TV and movies. Now if I could only figure out how to get paid doing that. I have decided to merge the TV with fitness though. When I do my C25K, I will watch something on Netflix. Keeps my mind busy.

Thanks for the comment! And I would say that not gaining back all of the weight you previously lost is actually a HUGE accomplishment.

Almost 4 months into maintenance and I'm still holding strong. For me while I was losing I needed to track every last calorie in and out. Now, I've kind of been "making it up as I go along" as well. It does work but you just have to figure out what "the rules" you need are.
