I'm paying for a lifetime of bad diet choices and lack of exercise. I live in State College, Pa and work full time at a desk job. I used to write and dreamed that would lead to living as a writer, but the market is flooded. Fitness Minutes: 480

My Goals:
*Pray for motivation every day.

*Cardio every day.

*Low cal and low fat every day.

*Less time online. This includes but is not limited to WOW, Facebook and even Sparkpeople :D


My Program:
I am eating low fat and low calorie.

I am walking or dancing every day for cardio.

I am working on my book every week.



Personal Information:
I've written several novels and pray to find an agent to read them one day :) One is a young adult's book about an abused boy called to Knighthood in a magical place named Glendalough.

Another is a novel about a woman who feels like she is stuck in a mid-life rut; running the kids around and cleaning the house. Then a young, married couple moves in across the culdesac and the husband catches her attention. Suddenly she is feeling a little sexier and a lot of other things she has not felt in a long time!


Other Information:
I love my hubby and my kids. We have a Bernese Mt Dog and a maltese. I grew up in State College, PA and am a Penn State fan! I love playing Wow but it definitely contributes to my laziness, which I hope to overcome daily.

    Hi! I saw your message board post about WW. I am also doing WW but I do not go to meetings or pay. I found an app for I think 99 cents for my smartphone called "Diet Watchers Diary". It has a ww points calculator and different points programs for you to choose from. I don't think the most recent WW program is one there. I do the "Classic" program from back in the late 2000s.

    For anyone saying it doesn't work - I've been using it for over a year and have lost more than 50 pounds.

    I know you can also get used books and stuff on ebay, so if you wanted the most recent program materials I would look there. Hope that helps!
