Can I get a do-over?

I have had some health problems with arthritis, bursitis and of course mental illness. So I kinda got lost in the shuffle of life.

I do plan on taking better care of myself now. I want to stick with it and see the results I have set for myself.

I'm a mom of 4 kids and I love it. I am an emotional eater and I am an over eater.

My Goals:
I have lost more weight this week. Just did 25 minutes on the treadmill, increased the speed and incline on it. I'm starting to adjust to exercising again. :)

My Program:
Walking to start.

Personal Information:
I am a 32 year old mother of 2. Been married for 10 years this November. I have struggled with weight pretty much all my life. I did have about a 4 year stint where I was very fit and active and ate whatever I wanted. Those days are over. So, I'm turning to good nutrition and exercise to get me back on track. I am a stay at home mom and am on disability for Bipolar Disorder.

Other Information:
I'm 5'1" tall and my highest weight was 202!!! That's a lot for a short girl with a medium frame. I put on most of my weight in the belly area so I'm trying to get that off by walking on the treadmill everyday.

you can do this remember it is a life change not a diet and keep your head straight about it and you will do it. the main thing is to set goals that you can work with and go for it..keep involved that is the best thing and try to get points especially by taking quiz's and reading articles you get lots of ideas that way and use the recipe calculator for what all you cook it helps keep you focused... and aware of all the unhealthy food you eat but also what good choose you are making too.

I fell off track to the last couple weeks. I keep coming on SP and reading on the forums and blogs. I do this to make my way back on track. It is hard for us to lose the weight with meds however it CAN be done. Going off track stinks because we don't loss it as fast and hard work seems lost. But remember that the change in lifestyle is what will keep it off!

Hey Karly,

I am just watching portions. I'll have a little bit of everything in moderation.
*except for the reese's peanut butter cups* lol. Sorry I have a weakness for them.

I'm going to exercise with my step daughter tonight. Cannot decide between yoga and boot camp.

Good luck during the holidays I'll be talking to ya.

Angela
