    you can do this remember it is a life change not a diet and keep your head straight about it and you will do it. the main thing is to set goals that you can work with and go for it..keep involved that is the best thing and try to get points especially by taking quiz's and reading articles you get lots of ideas that way and use the recipe calculator for what all you cook it helps keep you focused... and aware of all the unhealthy food you eat but also what good choose you are making too.

    I fell off track to the last couple weeks. I keep coming on SP and reading on the forums and blogs. I do this to make my way back on track. It is hard for us to lose the weight with meds however it CAN be done. Going off track stinks because we don't loss it as fast and hard work seems lost. But remember that the change in lifestyle is what will keep it off!

    I'm going to exercise with my step daughter tonight. Cannot decide between yoga and boot camp.
