My Goals:
Get to 125lbs by my 26th birthday Feb 29th....prolly the 28th or March 1st since there is no 29th next year in Feb.





My Program:
30 day squatting challenge x's 2 to build muscle so I can do Insanity workout which is 60 days...I'll probably do it twice though so make that 120 days...

Water cleanse...........if it involves more than eight 8 ounce servings of water a day, I'll pass. Enough is enough for me, but if it works for you, go for it!
