Fitness Minutes: 6,961

My Goals:
To loose 45 lbs in one year starting 12/15/10

Focus on one day at a time. Small changes will make BIG progress!











My Program:
Is to take it one day at a time. I get overwhelmed and give up when I focus on the big picture.
I am going to be working on:
~Keeping my calories between 1300- 1500
~getting up and moving for at least 20 minutes a day
~getting enough rest
~cutting back on my sweets including sugar free
~saying something nice to myself everyday





Personal Information:
I turned 35 this past Decmeber and I would love this year to be the year I fulfill some of my dreams.

1.) I so badly want to go back to school and finish my Culinary Degree. Not finishing school is my biggest regret in life and I want to change that to be my biggest accomplishement in life.

2.) I want to get back down to at least 150 lbs. This is going to take a litte more dedication from me on both eating healthier and exercising. I have taken the first steps and am becoming aware of my habits, triggers, and the knowledge that I am lazy when it comes to exercising.

3.) I want to play more. I want to get in touch with my inner child who I seemed to have lost on my journey to becoming a responsible adult.

4.) Take an art class and get back in touch with my creative side.

5.) Grow a garden and learn to can what I have grown. I want to make spicy pickles!

6.) I want to start running and add yoga to my workouts.
