I have never done this but thought I would give it a try. I am about a hundred pounds overwieght. I have been married for 19 years and have gained all that weight during that time. I won't bore you with al of the details. I am just tired of weighing so much and feeling so bad about myself.
My aunt died a couple days before Thanksgiving of 2007 and the biggest reason for her untimely death was that she was morbidly obese. Her heart just gave out. This is all of the motivation ...

I have 100 pounds to loose and I want to do it in 1 year and 6 days. I will be 41 and I want to be able to say that I looked better at 40 than I did at 20.

My Goals:
I am turning 40 in less than a week and have decided to be good to myself and get to the point where I look better at 40 than I did when I was 20. I need all of the help I can get.
I am now 41 and 75 lbs. lighter. My goal now is to get more physically fit and create a habit of working out.
My Program:
I had the Lap-Band surgery on June 11th of 2008. It ain't easy but somehow I am making it work.
