As for toning, I did the 12 week program by Jamie Eason called "LiveFit" and I have been using those exercises and creating my own workouts at the gym, now that I am more familiar with the equipment and moves. As far as the poem...I posted that 4 years ago and while I write poetry all the time and right off the top of my head, I cannot say for sure if I wrote it. I think I did because I didn't give anyone credit...but who knows.
