My Goals:
I would like to cut down weight by the new year. I want to be healthy. I am determined to meet my goals and I am really enjoying my new healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
I am eating healthy and watching my calories. I am also doing exercises that I enjoy.

I am making healthy choices especially when it comes to Snacks, this is difficult but I am getting there.

I make sure I manage to exercise everyday - I do a lot of walking and climbing stairs and Jumping Rope.

Personal Information:
I am a mother of two beautiful girls, One just turned 13 and the other turns eleven this month. I thank God every day for this special gift of my daughters, they have made me human and patient and also taught me to count my blessings every day.

Other Information:
I love all kinds of Music from Gospel to R&B. I also love Movies except Action movies - Soaps I also enjoy.
