Food Fiend to Lovely and Lean!
So I've been here on Sparkpeople since 11/2006. I've lost some weight and i've gained some weight, afterall, life is full of its successes and failures. But, now i'm trying to make the transition from yo-yo dieting to a lifestyle change. No more counting calories, and no more excessive exercising, just trying to live healthy and life to the fullest.

My Goals:
Overall, I just want to feel healthy and good about myself. I want to go from avoiding the mirror to struting my stuff in front of my husband:) Plus, fitting into a size 12 would be great too:)
My Program:
Eat small healthy snacks throughout the day, three healthy meals, and a handful of whatever snack/dessert I want each day. Exercise for 20 minutes every day with a combination of cardio and strength training exercises.
Personal Information:
I'm a married 27 year old, from Newfoundland, Canada. 5'4 female who loves movies, having fun with friends, and would love to be healthy.
Other Information:
My favorite movie is The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I'm not a huge book person but I love the Harry Potter series.
