I first joined SP in December of 2007 vowing to lose the weight I had recently gained while going to college. In January of 2007 I weighed a healthy 125-130 lbs. That all changed while going to school. I made the statement in December of 2007 that I intended on getting back to my normal weight.
Fast forward to December 2011. Ok here I am at the end of another year. Since making that statement above yearly I've averaged a weight gain of about 20 lbs per year. Im tired of excuses. ...

Im tired of excuses. 2012 has to be the year of new beginnings for me. Time is slipping away and I've still not yet done what I vowed to do.

Personal Information:
I am a wife, mom, and more important a grandma or as grandsons call me (meega). I love my family, friends and church. I live in a small town in Arkansas. I've been to a lot of different areas a whole lot bigger than were we live but home is here and for the most part we love it. 2009 we were blessed with a new grandson whom my son and daughter-in-law adopted. OH how we love this little guy. This makes our third grandson. In May of 2011 our daughter had our first Grand daughter. In the spring of 2012 our son and daughter in law will bless us with our second grand daughter. This in its self is a miracle as they did adopt because of not being able to concieve. But God is good. My daughter in law is expecting. I teach Sunday School to 1st and 2nd grade boys. My husband also works in a boys ministry.
Other Information:
My favorite show is Biggest loser. Along with CSI, and Criminal Minds.
