I’m not trying to fit into a dress, lose the last 10 pounds, or be healthy enough to have a baby. I do not have a time frame goal for this journey – no big event, or AH-HAH! moment.
This is my life. And this is the lifestyle I choose to have.

I am not trying to get a perfect bubble butt, or 6 pack abs, or “summer arms” (though I wouldn’t say no to any of those btw). I am trying to find my real body below the layers of past insecurities and self-doubt.

Sometimes my body doesn’t want to cooperate and shed the weight I’ve been holding onto for years, but here’s the deal:
I’ve got every day for the rest of my life to wait it out.

I love my muscles. And I’m proud of my strong legs and growing biceps.
I love working out. I feel sexy when I’m all sweaty and gross and rocking out to music.
So really, even if it takes me a couple years to get to my goal, what does it matter to me? I’m just going to keep doing what I enjoy.

Every day.

My Goals:
ROCK it. Plain and simple.

My Program:
I'm working out 5-6 days a week, doing a combination of cardio and strength training.

My diet plan consists of portion control, healthier eating, and keeping an eye on my emotional eating. I don't go down for restriction diets - they just bite you in the tuckus.

Personal Information:

I love to read, play in the mud, sing into spoons and dance in the kitchen, hike, and spend as much time as possible with my family. I'm just a country girl living in New England ;)

Other Information:

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate; it is that we are powerful beyond measure.

"Listen to the mustn'ts child.
Listen to the don'ts.
Listen to the shouldn't haves, the impossibles, the won'ts.
Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me.
Anything can happen child.
Anything can be."
