Hi there! My name is Amy and I live in the San Francisco bay area. I'm starting over again and determined to make this the final time I will need to lose a substantial amount of weight. I lost my dad recently (Oct 2013) and it really woke me up to the importance of good health. It will be a long road with its up and downs, but if there is anything that SP has taught me, it's to never give up!

Yeah, I need to find some serious focus!!!! This slacking and going up and back down and back up is nonsense! I've set a 10 lb goal to start, and signed up for the 10 minutes a day challenge. I figured consistency is what I need now. Track, log, move, repeat!!!! lol
I'm so jealous! Your future travel plans sound amazing! I'd like to go to Hawaii just once, to say I've been there, but I'd LOVE to go to Italy!!! And Greece, and Ireland, and Scotland! lol Unfortunately my mental travel plans exceed the limits of my checking account. :P

Hi! So how has everything been going? I made it back to 236 for my Seattle trip, and now I've gained that 20 back again. GRRR!!! I'm getting off my ever-widening butt and getting back in gear!
