My Goals:
To get to a healthy weight for my height of 5'3'', about 125 pounds.

My Program:
I have a tendency to start out strong and then get overwhelmed. This time I'm going to try breaking my big goal (losing 100 pounds) into 4 mini goals of 25 pounds each.

- Eat nutritious foods in healthy proportions. Log it daily and stay in my recommended ranges.

- Exercise for at least 10 minutes per day and at least 180 minutes per week.

- Sleep at least 7 hours each night.

- Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.

- Do something to nourish my soul each day: it could be meditating, writing in a journal, singing, etc.
