I am loving this weather too! I love the fall, and i am so glad it's finally here. Driving down my street today I started to notice the leaves were changing colors and it made my day.
P90x is hard but fun. I'm really liking it! I actually just broke my plateau that i've been at for the past 2 months. That was really exciting. I'm finally under 220, i'm hoping to lose another pound or two this week so i'm not so close to that 220 line anymore, haha. I added walking 3 miles with the problem so I think that might have pushed me over the edge to finally break that plateau.
I've done the 30 day shred... she kick your butt! I was sore for about 3 days after i did it, but I loved it! I felt like I made so much improvements from that video. Let me know if you start it, I bet you'll love it.
Thanks for the encouragment! Hope your day is going well... i feel like this day just won't end!

Hi! Congrats on W3D1 of C25K! you are right, by the time 9 weeks rolls around you will be surprised at how much you will be able to run! Well, last winter I didn't run outside because I was still scared of it...I'm actually looking forward to running in the cooler temperatures because then I won't get hot! I'm a little concerned about ice and snow when that comes, but I have a treadmill in my basement so I will probably stick to that when I can't run outside. My half marathon is Oct 18th...and I know it's going to be cold...so, I figured I better prepare now! So, my vote is to run outside whenever possible...buy some cute gloves to keep your fingers warm :)
