Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.

In this team, our goal is to lose 10 pounds every month, but whatever u lose is great. Because for us a loss is a loss, no matter how big no matter how small.
