The list of reason for me to lose weight was long Diabetes, appearance, Comfort, Health. But in September I received some news of how my weight was affecting my health in another and also hurting my relationship. I was found to have a genetic disorder though not at all fatal or een super serious PCOS does cause many physical problems including making it harder to lose weight. Why I had no idea that i had it all this time is amazing. My Fiance and I willing to try other measures like IVF but the doctor wanted me to lose weight and see what happens since I am not old enough for it to be a rush. I adopted my cousin who is turning 11 in a few days. i also have a god daughter who I adopted but don't really live with me. But we both still want at least one child of our own. So since September I have been working overtime to lose weight so much so that I was over doing it for a while. Now i am trying to find balance. Finding out how hard it would be to have children was a shock to our relationship. Losing weight is showing that I am very serious about having a child and that I can control my self working out and losing weight so thinks are getting better.

    Hey girlie, yeah- it was along read, but I've always tried to do both. Cardio & Weight training, but here lately.. I haven't been using my muscles as much.
    When I went into the gym, I had one thing on my mind. To get into a woman body builders head and live in it for a moment. Because, I never see them do any cardio. That had me there for a moment. When the woman told me about the eating, the exercise, and it being all cardio.. I was shocked. She said. You will not catch me spinning my legs to death or running on a treadmill.... I was like.. Okay, then how do you burn fat. I knew muscles burned fat, and I knew about combo workouts, but I didn't get it until she started to break it down... I wanted to know, why those ladies only weight train, resistance train & did zero cardio.. She said. We get it every day..... We are meant to move... Our muscles don't get used as much. Use them to burn fat... You are looking good and doing a great job. Glad you read my long blog.... You're emoticon
