    As I tell myself, be your own best cheerleader and not your worst. Cheer yourself on like you would your child. You can do this. It is doable one small step at a time. It just takes a little effort on your part. Get your child involved with you on some exercise, or games. I have lost a little over one hundred pounds so far, so I know it can be done. Just believe in yourself. emoticon emoticon
