Now's the time!!!

My name is Lori. I am 39. I am wanting to be a fit and healthy mom for my children. I have twin boys age 9 and a daughter age 8. I was a part of spark people a couple of yeas ago and then just stopped...I really do not know why. So I'm back to see the results happen this time! I have been working out with Turbo Jam and loving every single minute of it so much so that I just became a beachbody coach. I figured I'm already telling everyone I know about Turbo Jam and Sparkpeople so why not! ...

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and feel great about myself and how I look. I have finally conquered drinking the 8 glasses of water a day that we are suppose to and thanks to Turbo Jam I have found out that I can actually enjoy working out! Now I just want to continue working hard and losing weight!

My Program:
Now that school is out for the summer I have been able to really focus on my workout routine. This summer it has consisted of Turbo Jam DVD's (which I completely and totally LOVE!) and walking with my neighbor. We walk every evening after supper for 45 mins to an hour!

Thank you so much for the message on my blog! It is so great to receive encouragement from others! I agree, 10:00 or 10:30 is better. Although, I'll probably make an effort to work out with you at any time you schedule. Oh, and I love that you said this journey will end with "great friendships and bikinis." hey, thanks for the comment. so far i love turbo jam, but ive only had it for a week haha. which workout do you think is the best, i've only done the 20 minute one so far. :)
