Thanks for the comment---oh yeah, there are machines I'll be able to do. I think my main concern, which I didn't express clearly, is cardio. My main forms of cardio are running and zumba--both out of the pic. You better believe I'll be trying to up the strength training (all except for stuff with that leg, of course). It's hard to think that will help lose weight but I suppose it will since it increases metabolism. Thanks for pointing that out! I was way too focused on cardio. Actually, I don't know genetic lottery winners. But I know people who say that they eat everything,, you can see that while eating out, but when you dig, you always find explanation to that. One - running around town all day long, other eat nothing at home.
Again there are conditions,you may call in fast metabolism, when in fact it's NO metabolism, but that people person won't look healthy at all. 1109 days ago
