My Goals:
I have a long way to go in getting to a healthy weight. I want to focus on a mostly vegetarian diet and increasing fitness.

My Program:
Right now, a gym isn't an option, so I'm keeping to walking and dvds for fitness. I've played around with going vegetarian for years and am trying to fully commit.

Thank you for your comment on my blog about chasing my grandson when he ran out into the street. So we are still chasing them at 3 yrs too? He will be a lot faster in a year! How do you do it? I raised 2 girls, so this grandson is a whole new world to me. He has more energy and daring than I have ever experienced. Love it, but don't know how to handle it sometimes! Was good to hear from you! emoticon
