Restarting my Trek

I started back in '09 last january '09 actually... wow, feels so long ago, i was able to loose 65 lbs, but got side tracked with life, as we all do, and i gained it all back, every single last pound except this time i didnt gain more. But a month ago, i finally got to see a Dr, and i have lost 12 lbs from september 30th to november 5th. i think that's pretty awesome.

I'd post that on my orininal Spark page, but i cant remeber my email password (or email for that matter) to get back ...

My Goals:
I have small goals, like in the next week i want to drop 3 lbs, and the week after that i want to drop 2, and so on and so forth...

I started out at 285 September 30th, today (11/11/10) i am 273, and my ending weight i want to be 145

My Program:
I have to walk my dog at least once a day, so i plan on walking her around the city park twice.

Personal Information:
I'm a very unique individual, as we all are, my likes and dislikes may coincided with others, but my thoughts and desires are mine alone.

Other Information:
I have a White German Shepherd that i have to walk at least 2 times a day, it's my exorcise program :D
