I was recommended to join this site by someone that has had great success on it!
My goal is to loose at least 50 pounds from my last pregnancy (My son is 18 months) and get fit before we work on baby #2. I miss my old body and want to feel good about myself again.

Found you!!!! Hurray! Thanks for adding! I love this site. It gives a lot of good ideas and recipes.
I mostly use the food tracker and fitness tracker on a daily basis. On the weekends, I search for things I can do during the week to make it more effective since I have an office job and sit all day.

Hope you enjoy it! Make sure to join some spark teams and utilize the message boards. There are so many people on the same journey and they are so supportive and have great tips!

We can always try to get together one of these weekends and do some kind of fitness. I keep telling your sis to join, too. Hope she will.
