20% Body Fat here I come...
I went into a Primal Transitional phase. Cutting carbs gradually each week. Adding in Primal veggies and phasing out the low fat & sugar free items. There is a balance there somewhere.

My Goals:
Currently at 27%
1st Goal 23% BF
2nd Goal 20%




My Program:
Current Program: Transition to Primal Nutrition. Phase out my sugar free and low fat items. Choose what I don't wish to give up and add in substitutes.

Currently carbs are below 80 grams.

HIIT Strength x 1
Walk x3
Jog x 1

Previous Programs:
Low fat, low sugar
Lost 30 pounds got down to 18% BF with intense gym and increasing protein to 40% of calories.

Gall Bladder removed due to low fat diet Other Half got Type II due to carb heavy diet. & rethought nutrition and health by MY OWN personal definition.

Cut Carbs to 130 grams max for about a week or so.
Cut carbs again to 100 grams or less for another week.
Currently going to 80 grams or less.



Personal Information:
I made it to 18% body fat!! Then had surgery, so it has been a while since I worked out. Doing a slow restart to get back down to my happy 20% BF.

Don't make the same mistakes I did.

Kicking sugar is hard. Kicking the fake foods is all about changing my mind set. I'm embracing the whole foods and loving it.
