20% Body Fat here I come...
I went into a Primal Transitional phase. Cutting carbs gradually each week. Adding in Primal veggies and phasing out the low fat & sugar free items. There is a balance there somewhere.

Thanks for your comment on my blog from a few days ago about cutting out sugar. It has been hard!
How many grams of sugar would you recommend per serving of any item. My one friend says 6 grams per serving but then in the book, Sugar Busters, they say 3 grams is the limit. Thanks again for your input.
Have a great week!

Thanks! I had my gallbladder out 23 years ago. Eating healthy foods means there is not a lot of fat in them. I do care for avocados.

I don't cook anything in oil period. I've increased my cheese and nuts though.

Thanks for the advice!! Have a great day!!!
