In 2001, my thyroid went on permanent strike and I gained about 60 pounds in 2.5 months, even exercising every other day at the gym! By the time we realized what had happened, I had shot up from 95 lbs to 155! I am still heartbroken and disgusted that I can't seem to get my bikini body back. Not only that, but, I reached under my daughter's bed the other day to grab a toy she had dropped and got stuck under the bed!!! No more. It's GOT TO GO!!!!!

UPDATE: 8/25/2014
I have re-started my weight loss journey with SP about 4 weeks ago and have lost 3 lbs. Not as good as I would like, but moving in the right direction. We'll see what the future holds. I was up to 171 lbs, the largest I have ever been in my life, since I'm small-boned and only 5'3". I have to get this weight off within the next year or so. I'm working hard to accomplish that.

UPDATE: 5/28/2015
I've gotten even bigger now and I'm back to try again. I was doing so well when I just got out of the habit and stopped exercising. What a shame. I imagine what I could look like today and I'm ashamed of myself. Let's do this thing right this time.

My Goals:
I want my bikini body back; I want to walk up the stairs without having to stop to catch my breath! I want to feel better physically and mentally.

My Program:
I am working on the treadmill every day for at least 15 minutes, then weight training every other day.
