Lost 5 pounds and decided it was time to get serious! Yeah I just killed that ropes course!





Me at my heaviest- Aprroximately 180 pounds though I didn't dare step on a scale at this point.

I heard on Sparkpeople Radio a while back something along the lines of, "If you have a flat tire, do you slash the other three?" I now live by that aphorism in terms of my "slip-ups" with food or exercise. One mistake is covered by my body's fictional "insurance policy," but not four.

Here are just a few highlights of my accomplishments on Sparkpeople:
1. Lost 30 pounds in 2012!!!
2. Gone from not being able to run for two minutes straight to running for an hour ...

Here are just a few highlights of my accomplishments on Sparkpeople:
1. Lost 30 pounds in 2012!!!
2. Gone from not being able to run for two minutes straight to running for an hour straight.
3. Gone from an "overweight" BMI to a "healthy BMI"
4. Have pretty much maintained that weight loss over the past three years (minus a few brief episodes of +/-5).

I have a ways to go to reach my next set of goals, but I'm going for the finish this time!

In 2016, I'll be getting married, moving to a new area, starting a new career, and who knows what else is in store. I'd like to finally conquer those stubborn 10 pounds I'd like gone. Above all, my major goal is consistent effort (both in diet and exercise), creating the healthiest body I've ever had!

My Goals:
Remember how to eat in moderation, and train myself to stick to a healthy parameter of foods 90% of the time.

Do five clap push-ups in 2014!!



My Program:
Sticking to my SparkPeople Calorie Ranges.

Making sure I have at least 4 servings of fruits and veggies a day, and making sure quite a bit of my calories come from protein sources.

Strength train no frills using my own body weight three times a week.
