Morning:
Cardio walking on a treadmill for 1 hour in the morning on an empty stomach.

Afternoon:
Training with weights doing Hamstrings, Buns, and Abs.

Hamstrings:
Lying Leg Curls - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
Walking Lunges - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
Stiff Leg Dead Lifts - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
Standing Hamstring Curls - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps

Buns:
Free Standing Squats with dumbbells at my side - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
One-Leg at a time Seated Leg Press - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
The Bun Curl Machine* - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
* Stepping up on a platform one leg at a time with dumbbells at your side.

Abs:
Decline Crunch - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
Decline Reverse Crunch - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps
Knee / Hip Raise on Parallel Bars - 3 Sets of 20-30 Reps



Tuesday:

Morning:
