Lost 29lbs, Got Married, and now back on the band wagon!
*******************INTRODUCTION*********** ******** I've been here on SP off and on, for the last 3-4 years now! Its a blessing for me to be able to keep coming back, start off where I left off and work on my health again! SP is so wonderful! I realise each time that this has to be a way of life, not a phase. My Program:
I'm following my dietcian's instructions very strictly!! :) Im advised to take a stroll for about 30 minutes a day. A do this sometimes and miss it sometimes! Have tried 2hrs of hardcore working out, have tried the 1200 calories a day plan, the 1400 or even the 1600 cals a day plan here at SP.. My weight would just refuse to go away. Now I dont sweat (litterally and otherwise) and my weight is coming off at about 2 pounds a week if not more! :)
