Just keep swimming....
Hi, I am here to help keep me motiviated to reach my goal. I have lost weight, but gained half of it back. I would say I had reached my goals, however, I technically didn't. At the time I had gotten down to 135 lbs, I wanted to reach 125, however. I now realize that 125 is way to low for my body and energy level, even 135 is pushing it. So now I am back on the weight loss train, however, this time my goal is reach a healthy weight I can maintain and live at. I don't want to ...

So now I am back on the weight loss train, however, this time my goal is reach a healthy weight I can maintain and live at. I don't want to diet, I want to be healthy, and live it. I am here looking for support and hoping to give it. I love to move, have fun, and basically laugh a lot.
