I just purchased p90x.. so i decided to join the p90x sparkteam!! I wanted to add a few people to keep in touch with!! I see that your on week 10 day 2 :) Congrats!! Im on week 1 day 3 :) Today i did ab ripper and must i say that was the hardest 15 mins of my life!! But i pushed through :) add me as a friend!! Never hurts to make friends on here!

Thanks for commenting on my page! I think I needed someone to stop in to say hi, to bring me back to sparkpeople. I have currently started training to do the 5K color run for Autism Speaks in August, but haven't been very consistent. Hopefully I can get back into the spark groove, and it can lead me on my way.
to the Positive Sparkers Team. It's a great place to get a dose of positivity, and who can resist some positivity? That positive attitude is what helps most of us reach our goals and enjoy the journey while getting there. No matter how long that journey takes or how daunting it sometimes seems. We have amazing members of all ages, weights, and places where we live..but we all are determined to reach our goals with positive enthusiasm. With a little effort on your part and lots of support on our part, we can reach our goals!!
OK, so how's the MO Botanical Garden on July 17 at 9 a.m. sound? We could meet at the Visitor's Center and walk around for 2 hours-there's a 'Health Fair' going on the same day, too! If you're a resident of St. Louis County or St. Louis City, admission is FREE before noon-otherwise it's $8 for adults...the place opens at 9 a.m., so it wouldn't be quite as hot then, but we could do 10 as well...lots to do/see here & plenty of walking exercise & time to get to know fellow STL 'Sparkers'!!!
I didn't get in my workout yesterday as I got stuck in the kitchen after work - planning to catch up today. I started with doing all the 3 i.e. push-ups, squats and crunches..but gave up the crunches as I am incorporating the callanetics stomach exercises (they work better for me). So am continuing with wall push-ups and squats as of now.
