I just joined a new gym so I have been getting in some better workouts lately, I ran a few times this week and also had a session with a personal trainer friday morning (you get 3 free one's when you sign up) but next week I want to get in some classes like zumba and body pump. you schedule sounds great!! I made banana chocolate chip protein pancakes today and they were really good! I've also been having eggs n oats and overnight oats for breakfast; its becoming my favorite meal to make lately lol Hope you had a great weekend! 1963 days ago
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by :) I've been spending lots of time with my treadmill this week. I've been doing approx. 60 minutes a day and I do intervals. It usually goes something like this....
12 minute fast walk warm up 10 minute run 5 minute fast walk with full incline 3 minute moderate walk with full incline backwards 10 minute run etc......
I watch TV while I'm on there. Right now I'm going through season 6 of Grey's Anatomy. It makes it so much easier to get motivated when I think about the fact that I get to watch TV during the day! I'm also doing arms and legs and night while watching TV (now I'm starting to sound like a TV junkie but I'm really not :)
Sounds like you are getting some good classes in. I really can't go to classes because I'm home with the kids. I get my treadmill in when Collin is taking his nap. I wish I could get back into my workout tapes but just haven't been interested lately. I'm going to at least start doing some P90X abs this week. Have a great one!! 1963 days ago
