UPDATE - 04/30/2011
I have finally met my goal weight of 135, and fitting comfortably into a size 6. I Should say that I met my 1st Goal: I am continuing to work hard to see if I can drop another 5 lbs, to be the same weight I was 4 years ago. Regardless, I am fit and happy. What's more, people at work have commented that I've lost a lot of weight - it's nice when people notice.

Re-Starting on Me 01/02/2011
I am looking forward to a new year. I am happy to say that I have lost 1-1/2 sizes this past year. I was a size 10 in December 2009, and now I can fit into some 6's (but still need an 8 in some items) - therefore, have lost 1-1/2 sizes this past year.

I am hoping to continue my journey towards a healthier lifestyle, by continuing to work out, eating healthier, and watching my portion size. I hope to be fit & toned by Spring 2011 - let's get to the Goal!

Hey!

Thanks for dropping in on me. I don't have my plan mapped out like you do but I do plan on hitting the gym 5 days this week. I went to the gym yesterday & plan on going Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday.

I haven't tried any new recipes but I am becoming very bored with the ones I have, so if you come across any new ones please send them to me!

It was great to hear from you!! How are you blondie??
Love the workout schedule..planning in advance is KEY! I do the same thing on Sun nts myself. It helps as we often times have things going on at night that we need to take into account.
Let's see healthy recipes-well the grill is a great way to cook for the good-you can even grill fruit! I also love Shakeology this time of year for obvious reason (oh hell I love it year round!:) Another thing I LOVE to cook in is a Pampered Chef covered crock. It is the BOMB-you can put chicken and veggies in there..cover it..and literally 12 minutes later you have dinner! Pamp Chef stuff is totally worth the money-makes cooking in the kitchen so much easier (no I am not a pamp chef rep-although I should be!:)

Hey! Unfortunately my weight tracker does not reflect reality right now. It's definately up : ( Work has been kicking my butt for the past couple of months and I've been using it as an excuse to eat poorly and not exercise. I've been slowly trying to get back to good habits, but slowly is the key word. Your schedule looks awesome! I'm just trying to get in 3 sessions of C25K this week and I'm teaching Group Power on Sunday for the first time since Oct so I'm a little nervous about that.

Hey girl! I haven't scheduled my workouts yet this week. I need to though! I want to go swimming a few times, do a few dvd's, and get in some long walks. I'll also be cleaning my house and organizing..and that takes lots of long hours so I'll be moving non-stop! I haven't made anything new lately, so I'll try to remember to let you know when I do! :) Your schedule looks great! Keep it up!
