I'm doing this for real

I'm a 26 yo female, I'm currently in nursing school to become an RN. I have lost over 50lbs doing the South Beach diet and exercising. I am trying to get back into the swing of things and drop the rest of my weight. I have found over the past few months that I love to exercise, it's just finding the time....

My Goals:
Main goals:

- Lose 33lbs (no longer considered obese)Then get

down to about 145lbs.

- Lower my cholesterol levels to within normal limits

- Add more fruits and veggies to my diet

- Stick to my diet plan most of the time (SB Diet)

- Get back to exercising 5 days a week

My Program:
Right now, my plan consists of just trying to eat healthy a majority of the time. I am in school and it's the holidays, so my goal is not to gain any weight until after the 1st of the year.

I just discovered that I love to lift weights!! I spose I have "got the bug" as some of the guys at the gym put it. A friend who is going to school for Exercise Science is "training" me once a week, which is about all the time I have right now.

Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in Ohio, lived here all my life. I just started working as a PCT in a large hospital in the ICU. I do not have children yet, but hope to after school is over.

Other Information:
I am a huge country music fan, I love gardening (I'm a bit of a plant nerd) & I am currently in nursing school and due to graduate in May 2007.

Good morning! I just joined this team, but I cant find Zumba listed on the cardio exercises and am not able to track my progress. Am I missing it? Thanks for your assistance.

CONGRATS!!!! First off wow lady. 50 pounds dropped. YOU GO GIRL!!! Shake that booty :)
That is just so inspiring. I need to lose about 40 more pounds, and I'd be thrilled with just 20 or 25 pounds. LOL I am just trying my best though, I guess that is all we can do!
