Hi, my name is Paula and I live in Chicago, I am from the south so I have a problem with food. I really do not believe in diets, just controlling the portions that you eat. I have no problem exercising. I exercise every morning from 30 to 60 minutes and in the evening I do some type of crunches from 7 to 15 minutes.
