Looks like you made a great start! I didn't even take any of this to heart until the first of the year. How's it going now?
The "class" has two team challenges, and we could use your help. One is to lose 100 lbs together (and I didn't lose anything this past week!); and the other is to travel 500 miles together. You can convert minutes to miles if you do other exercises where that's a better measure. Please check it out and join us!

Hey, good to hear from you, it does seem like we have a lot in common. I really like spark people so far, it's helping. I just joined about a week ago but I started watching what I eat in November and I've lost 47 lbs so far. I'm almost half way to my goal weight.
