I'm a stay-at-home mom with twins. I teach fitness. Have recovered from an eating disorder in my teens and twenties to have swing to the other side. I wouldn't say I've got a huge weight problem, but I'm overweight and I want to 1) reduce my diabetes risk (mom and brother), 2) be a better example for my kids, truly want to walk the talk I try to preach about eating for health, 3) and feel good about myself on the outside as well as the inside.

My Goals:
Go down at least two dress sizes.
Run a half marathon again.
Write a book.
Write articles (be a writer)
Sell my paintings.
Be more appreciative - daily.
Teach more fitness classes and be a better example to gym members and my kids.
Feel good about myself in and out.


My Program:
Am going to return to running 3 days a week. Cycle twice and lift weights 3 times per week. Up my fruit and veggie intake - goal 5-6 a day. Am starting there.

Other Information:
Phil 4:13. I can do anything in the Lord God who strengthens me.
