My Goals:
FEED MY BODY RIGHT!
goal 1 stay modivated

goal 2 enjoy what I'm doing

Things will flow.

This is doable for 2012, I can feel it!


My Program:
Exercise is the key along with eating good . At least ten min. or more of Exercise. 4/5 cardio----2 strength days a week.

Eat 5/6 times a day, mostly lean protein, low carbs. No white stuff----sugar, starch (bread potato)and rice.

Positve Attitude---YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO DO, IT CAN BE DONE.

Drink plenty of water 64 -80 ounces daily



Personal Information:
Lived in Michigan all my life. Married many years, one child.( 20) I enjoy the four seasons of Michigan. It does get rough sometimes with the snow and ice.

Other Information:
I like to read health magazines, gather alot of info. watching movies ( all kinds). Love animals, my cheerleader is my quaker parrot, when I'm exercising he tells me to go and bobs his head. So cute.

    Hi Thanks for checking on me. We just found out my hubby has a heart problem so it's been a little stressful here. Why is this healthy lifestyle so hard some times? Even with this news we have yet to adjust our eating/drinking habits. The early warm spring that we are having is motivating me a bit and with day light savings time we'll be able to take a walk when I get home from work. I guess I'm like other people I seem to hibernate in the winter (no excuse I live in Calif!) The "zig zag" path is something we all do. If living healthy and staying slim was easy I guess we ALL would not be here on Sparkpeople. Take care and hope all is well with your family.
