My goal is to weigh 160 pounds in about a year. I would like to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks to start. I have been going to the gym almost every day and pledge to do some physical activity for at least 10 minutes a day. I have two small boys and love them so very much. I want to live healthy and have energy to keep up with them.

My Goals:
My short term goals are to: drink 10 8oz glases of water a day, exercise at least 30 minutes a day- cleaning house will not count. I would like to lose 2 pounds a week at least until my long term goals are reached.
My Program:
I will cut my calories, carbs and portion sizes. I will be aware that i am an emotional eater and a Carb crzed cutie! I will exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day. I will tell as many people as I can about my goals so I can succeed this time.

Totally love the library. Completely addicted to Vampires (no Twilight does not count). Love Music- Pitbull in particular because he is smokin' hot.
